Its time to say its easy to be Queen ... and its fun to be King

You are stuck in awe when you find yourself surrounded by female in your work life who are independent and still you find research saying the other way round. Pointing out how gender stereo type still go a long way in any industry. Out of curiosity with the strange line “a queen complains to a king” you keep reading and there was huge research to support that. But should I be blaming myself for reading it or the scientific research and one of teenager’s favorite book “Men are from Mars and women for Venus”. To let dragon in my head sleep, I wanted to dig deep and there were like-minded people who had worked on the same. They found that if we have way pass our traditional conditioning of gender, female might surpass the males on the math’s sat scores. If all conditions are fine why woman struggles to get that raise while for a man it’s most logical step. Why corporate struggles to have female executive beyond ceiling glass. But you have nature to help you solve your query and watch bees’ closely. Only community where they are queen, you will always they don’t promote other female bees since they compete and feel threatened. Same was something research paper was bringing to light. But now move to king of jungle , Lion , all the hard work is done by the lioness while king reaps the fruits of his spouse. May be we can start giving the female colleagues the feeling of security and make the environment less threatening and give dude respect to sweet labour for the lioness and let everybody acknowledge the bees. If you already do pat yourself on the back. And request to all females, it time to promote the people irrespective of gender. AND LETS END THE idiot title “But when a woman has someone’s head cut off, she’s a bitch.”

We will stand for our rights without being called bitch for getting work done.

We are broken on ideas that we fall for sunday kind of love than everyday love

Humans are so biased and prejudice mammal that they are blinded by their own thoughts that even horse blinds will shy away. This was so prominent to me that writing was the only thing left in hands of warrior. It started when I realized Paris is the city of perceptions. Its vibrancy was so different than just a famous monument and fashion capital of the world. Strikingly to me it intrigued me with its history that given a chance I can spend 1 month straight to explore each place and sink in my blood the every breath of the France. While some of my friends said it was so similar to England all white build but how many have the capability to look behind the sea’s calm surface and quest for undercurrent.

It stroke me again when I was bamboozled with 5 articles on TOI related to rape. Out of 5, 3 were from their known either your boyfriend or known friend. To me it seemed familiar phenome and appeared that I was hearing the story of my friend again. But while one of colleague mentioned that girls should stop spreading the false story. She was saying after hearing his friends’ story again. We both were reiterating the same seen story and realized my own prejudice.

Life give us such opportunities where we are broken on idea and assume that only love can bring us back. We are so consumed on our Sunday kind of love that life just happens to us without being prepared for it. When my thought mirror was broken I was stumbled but life is all about learning else you die in your own co-web which nobody can remove. People sometimes will use jargons but still blind others with science.

Leave behind the bias and you will understand that life is all about learning with main aim to be happy instead of judging the people. With the above line I am saying don’t be naïve, leave your worries behind and give everyone behind the space to be who they want to.

Remember some books are not meant to be judged by the cover page and start focusing on yourself more .Once we start to practice who can stop us to fulfill our dreams to be Steve jobs or Priyanka chopra or whosoever you respect in our own right. If you want to do justice to your life stop indulging in the Sunday kind of love with yourself but the love that stays every day with you.

The Shahrukh King of Romance

On this birthday of Shahrukh Khan , I wish The Almighty  bless you with whatever you want. This is thank you note to one person who has inspired me in lot of ways . But talking about me will happen later. Its time to give the due credit to The BirthDay Boy or KING UNCLE .The man who become Somebody from nobody at the age of 26. From a guy who comes from a struggled childhood immense energies and to hold himself he needs to be involved in sports teaches the world the most important lesson. Only guy who taught rest of the world that females  are also humans. Who wasn't like rest of heroes of his time who showed to world every no of a gal is still yes. He took females as females never forced any girl for anything in his movie. His nature to understand the gal as they are and accepting them for who they are be it divya bharati in Deewana or Kajol in DDLJ, KKHH or even Devdas. Girls of my age have fallen in the concept of love because of Shahrukh Khan . So, all the guys who hate SRK because of his overacting , at times I believe you hate because you don't go by his values.  If it wasn’t for those intense eyes saying Ï Love you Kiran "Nobody would have believed the stammering actor. Those immense eyes had the power to hold on. For me eyes are gates for emotions, if somebody cant say eye to eye anything for me it’s a lie and for those beautiful eyes have till date the power to hold me for hours with intensity with love and anger both at same time.  Those signature arms are open to take you in most comfortable place to forget all your worries. He was  so genuine as Raj in DDLJ where he taught love is never about running away from family its so strong to withstand the test of times and to convince people around you. Raj was genuine also in his real life that he married his wife Gauri after convincing her parents irrespective of all odds like different religion way back in late 80's and early 90's . He was one guy who have always stood by what he believes be it "Letting Audience aware of his marriage even when he was launched when rest of the stars like Amar Khan were hiding the fact". SRK to me is a cult brand who is most influential because of his smartness and witty responses. I know in Muslims its against the religion to study somebody's chart or horoscope but I believe his mercury and sun are conjunct or closely nit else that strong witty messages can never come . But forget about astrology, he is a self made man with a believe. May be that’s a major attraction factor I have for him, he is strong willed that He becomes 2nd richest entertaining in the world . How sharp his business acumen when he invested in IPL long back. He is one of the dedicated and hardworking guy. Somebody you cant touch emotionally unless he wants  just with his body language and non-verbal signal he gives signal. This is one of the qualities men need to learn even women have to learn rather than bad ego which lot of people develop.So, last note sometimes you unknowingly touch the life of people with your pure emotions and SRK has touched the billions of hearts with his genuine love. LOVE resides in hearts of people sometimes with electrifying energies of his on the screen .

Eyes -Naina thag lege

Eyes are the gate to your emotions. Somebody just told me this line. Your eyes will never lie. Wouldn't have given it a second thought if I wasn't watching Yuvraj Singh on "The Anupam Kher". Thanks to the most contradicting story I was listening from Yuvraj Singh. Oh please don't take me wrong when I say the word contradicting ... I believe whatever Yuvraj said single word of it was correct else he wouldn't be sitting there. What I saw in Yuvraj's eyes was only pain and loneliness and fighting the cancer of 14 inches isn't easy without love and positivity in heart. That's why it was contradicting eyes. With each word from his mouth, it was clear he has suffered a lot from childhood. He may have been seen as boisterous creature but what he was never till date was a lonely soul. Can somebody adulated by masses at so young age can have some emotional unresolved issues? Imagine a dying man didn't even carrying for his life but working with one sole aim of winning world cup. If it wasn't for Yuvraj, played one of key roles apart from good performances from rest, we wouldn't have won world cup. But what we were talking was his girlfriends? I was never aware of his childhood untill now. Strangely he is most humble man now. But will we realize this since he isn't laughing much. He is num most of the times. But yuvraj strangely intrigued me so much that I had to Google a lot on emotional reasons for cancer because my gut that he wasn't a pampered child was so clear and what he needs the most is love. He talks about his father but in very decent manner still conveying his emotions. Those are the unresolved emotions. These emotions are so high that he doesn't want to get married also and says its tough for him to be in a loving relationship. How he has seen the falling apart from his 2 earlier emotions. Sometimes you are so rich and wealthy that people don't even understand the back ground of the emotional status you belong. Once you have money people might surround you but judging your true friends and foes becomes tough when all you want is love. Now linking Google search result and yuvraj life was easy.
That time I understood the petty cause of the cancer is and will always be unresolved emotions and feeling from early on that you are not loved. Fans love couldn't drive yuvraj to come back and fight at the very last stage if cancer. Its only his mom that too nobody will take care of her after him.

That moment defined my life what all we wanted this life journey could be for me. Emotions are the only thing that define how we become and what we become. Sometimes what is not taught in emotional melodrama of our Indian culture is how to handle our emotions .... Some might become another yuvraj and their stories will be talked about but what about the rest junta .... Lets teach our kids and near and dear ones how to be more Emotional mature rather than creating a melodramtic stories ...

Next time I don't want another yuvraj to have a hollow eyes .

Happiness - simplified process

Happiness is the most exploited and cherished emotions. It’s the marketing gimmick used by big advertising industry. May be its human tendency to live our life in the past or future. But it’s not these people have to be blamed. Chain is only as strong as its weak link. May be its not their fault also. We also gravitate towards fun filled moments to be cherished later.  That’s why we have more than 80% movies with happy ending. Can you ever imagine a Bollywood movie having a realistic ending? We love to see our heroes becoming larger than life and at least they live those moments which we couldn’t. It’s more than our illusion we sometimes want to believe in that. Living in those cherished memories is actually good as per the research so don’t feel guilty if you do that once in a while. Do you know people who have lots of moments to cherish which bring smile on their face even today are actually more positive towards life. They are more optimistic about their future since they have lot to hold on to and know if their past was beautiful their future is meant to be greater. So, when you have some memories to really treasure don’t punish yourself rather feel privileged so had good fun. But to have those colorful fest down the memory lane of your book you just have to live in the moment. Create your book with each page so unique that you play holi with your pain with smile on your face.

Sunshine or Moonlight - Love the Beautify of others and yours

Love is so overrated word and I struggle to understand when people around me start looking for support from other people in their life. I feel like a paranoid woman who doesn’t understand alpha from beta why we have to look outside. I understand that we are social animal but why do we need approval from anyone. Why can’t we be support for others? Sometimes that’s what God wants us to do and face our inner turmoil all alone. We come in life alone and we will go alone many people take ages to realize that. Why do we have to look outside for things when everything is within? We all struggle to find happiness and unconditional love from others. Have any one of us tried to do that with themselves. How many times we have tried to be honest with ourselves. We live in claustrophobic society where what we feel, we can’t express even. Sometimes I don’t blame my co-passenger for this, it’s more because of way we have been brought up and asked to behave in certain manner. We all lie to be perfect at some level butdevelop love ourselves unconditionally. Stop singing “Love me who I am “because its time when you wake up in the morning tell yourself “I love myself unconditionally”.  How many times we had a heart to heart talk with ourself. We keep saying right and appropriate words to people and isn’t it time we say to ourselves. Even if you had a bad day forgives yourself. In life’s larger picture all this will not even matter what matters have you live your life? Pamper yourself when you want. Forgive and move on. This is because the more you love yourself, people around will also do that. If you take pity on yourself people will definitely do that. Time to take care for yourself and learn to stand up for yourself since if we are frustrated for what we are doing , people around us will also of bickering nature.So, learn to be assertive and learn to move on. More you love yourself so more you develop compassion and people around us also loves us unconditionally. Don’t be snobbish or rude but be your own prince and princess. Anytime we have doubt

How Safe is Animal Kingdom's Social Animal....

Which is the safest place in the animal kingdom? Lot will say it’s a Lion’s den … but says who? The King is ready to eat its cub. Nobody is left alone. Each one need to survive each day each moment to live few more cherishing seconds. When animals doesn’t feel safe, can the most social animal feel that? We human are more cultured and our fights are more dignified. We need to feel safe to rise ahead and make ways for the illuminating the human like a star in a sky. The most communicative animal need to feel the safe, secure and away of fear of endangerment. Only things that comes in our way to rise high is the feeling that this moment we are uncomfortable, agonize the rules of jungle we live. Be the best or you will be kicked. Darwin once said survival of the fittest is the rule of the game. Human have only learnt to fight be it for the space he want to call its own or be it for the survival not be to be eaten by another animals. It’s the degree of fight, striking the fight for the right of yours. So we all are fighter what is meant to be a safe place? Aren’t you feeling absurd? May be because we have civilized our self. We haven’t left our animal instincts. Like a dog we have defined our guidelines and don’t embark on another person territory. Our boundaries have been defined. We take care not to interweave our threads and not step on another man’s foot. Everything would been so peaceful and serene if all followed rules. Like a mad animal are thrown of the assembly, we defined our moral policing and managed the rowdy people. We have our law and ways to handle the things. Isn’t what we have learnt from the animal kingdom to make space for each other and still carve a niche for ourselves? That’s what panchantra stories have taught us. Be smart enough to survive but still not killing other for your own good. We are only safe as much we make others to be safe in this place. Let the soul feel so safe and secure and we attain self-actualization rather than meeting some petty needs. It’s time we help our follow co-passenger accomplish bigger things in small world. Let the confidence of the all people be on the rise.
