Blind Herd Behaviour & Standing Alone

Strangely we live in the society where herd behaviour is being forced upon us. Before moving further let me explain you why Herd behaviour describes how individuals in a group can act collectively without centralized direction. The term can refer to the behaviour of animals in herds, packs, bird flocks, fish schools and so on,. We are even scared to be different from our pack since we will not be entertained so much by other pack. sometimes its important to maintain the herd behaviour since we want the decorum in the society to be maintained. Some basic essence needs to be there in the society for remaining free from crime and basic things to progress in right manner. But somewhere we have lost the individuality. We have stopped speaking our minds to confirm to the herd behaviour. Do we know our choices ? Let me think we study either of 1) Doctor 2) Law 3) Engineering. For higher studies either it can be law. Rest if kids don't follow this category they will be called useless even if they have potential to be multi millionaire but somebody rightly said intellectuals can never be understood by common people but they will have their own insecurities to bring you down. During the group forming stages you will also understand that during 5 stages of group formation of Forming, ,Storming, Norming , Performing and Adjourning. People who don't follow the norm of the group are left alone and can't go further in the performing stage. So its just an innate need of the people to form the herd and those who are not they will try to align them by name saying or ignoring such people to weaken them by their mind. But do people who have an opinion of their own would be bothered by such behaviour. If yes, then they will part of herd. And there are instances where Herd have become the mob and shown the episodes of the humans in demonstrations, riots and general strikes. The concept of the mob was first identified by French psychologists Gabriel Tarde and Gustave Le Bon. There have been instances where crowd which has  gather on behalf of a grievance can involve herding behavior that turns violent, particularly when confronted by an opposing ethnic or racial group. The Los Angeles riots of 1992, New York Draft Riots are some of the Mob behaviour infamous in US. Gujarat riots in 1969, 2002 are some of the examples of the same. So, if I have to describe whether herd behaviour is good or not. I will always say it will be nice if the mob behaviour will align with the righteous path. If its not the righteous path , please become the leader  and have strength in the vocal cord to put forward your point. Because somewhere today only I read to avoid unnecessary emotional drama in your life when you will be fighting against the herd mind-set be prepared to Become BAD once if staying GOOD always is not helping you. When I said bad , I meant people will start calling you bad for even the righteous behaviour.

So be part of herd till you are on righteous path for your financial, physical and emotional well being else enjoy the journey where you be name called as BAD by the mob :-P

Black Coffee with pinch of Salt

Black Coffee fad has risen expediently like rock music with the beer in hand to sound cool. Black coffee is like latest Dilwale movie kind of romance where you don’t feel any depth in emotions. People spend time because dating is in fashion. People of my generation will say wtf? We have innate sense that beyond a point we can’t even abuse. But whom are we talking about? Generation of instant gratification is only focussed on anything that seems cool be it about boozing around or relationship status. How does your relationship status define you but how many of can get to know that if you haven’t seen what the real relationship should be? Imagine Cady is back to USA after her African safari trip to be surrounded by plastics she treats everybody as friends. Only to be finding in the end that they were having snake venom ready to bite her. Why plastics allowed her to be around them because they were insecure and Cady take her place. Just are the relationship Black coffee has seen and considered going out as relationship. I call them black coffee because coffee is the most liberating thing which can help you to survive lot of diseases like dementia but people without researching go for black coffee in excess and end up with acidity and sometimes early death. Anytime you can’t handle anything and take it without implications of it, you act like a Black Coffee vinyl. Be it time with your alone self. Love will always be in fashion but never dating, dating is just means to find love but time pass affairs are not. When you learn to find balance in life within yourself you will attract the right kind of coffee with which you can enhance longevity. I am not against coffee drinking but only after knowing what balanced quantity is and how to be taken.  Like love, love coffee as fresh breath of air which just simulates the creativity in soul. If you are drinking black coffee take it pinch of salt and at your own risk because accidents at bad seat does more harm.

Kiara : Knock Knock

Asher : Kiara please this is no time to discuss anything

Kiara : I am not here to fight

Asher : Then what it is ?

Kiara : there is no point of discussion like this on the door

There is sign of the door unlocking . Kiara opens up the door of Asher room. She is shocked to see him struggling with all the packing stuff . Everything is lying on the floor nothing is inside the bag.

Kiara : (Looks at Asher with moist eyes.) Asher let me help you pack your stuff

Asher sighs !!! Thanks Kiara . You have been …

Kiara : Put her finger on his lips and says no time for this you have a flight to catch for Italy and we don’t have time

Asher : Thanks

Kiara and Asher both focus to pack his stuff in the suitcase and Asher as usual feels that he will be taken care. Kiara is disturbed and remembers the time when they first met. Kiara was looked at him why would she considers him as his black coffee.

She remembers the spark she saw when first time we touched, But I guess I was wrong because it turns out , It was just the Sun in my eyes, blinding me from seeing so clearly that you don’t love me

Did I said it aloud ? Are my heart sinking audible to Asher? Suddenly she remembers she has to take care of the packing of Asher.

Anothe0r 30 minutes passes of silence and all packing done. Asher tries to hug Kiara for one last time with heavy breath. The bubbles that never ends his life can be so serious. Was he imagining it because he was sad himself? But he doesn’t have time to worry. He has flight to catch. He moves to catch his flight

2 hour later he boards the plane for Italy, Asher is so tired and takes the nap .Asher just closes his eyes to remember the face of the Kiara. Was it seriously love? Kiara was like a mermaid who was on cloud nine always May be that’s why Asher was so madly attracted to her and once he wrote

Only you can call it love when in middle of crisis you can say the below

 Once the breath and one breath was taken to say good byes and live moves on. Was it love or life for real whatever it was both lived their every breath in it to remember in future

Its time to say its easy to be Queen ... and its fun to be King

You are stuck in awe when you find yourself surrounded by female in your work life who are independent and still you find research saying the other way round. Pointing out how gender stereo type still go a long way in any industry. Out of curiosity with the strange line “a queen complains to a king” you keep reading and there was huge research to support that. But should I be blaming myself for reading it or the scientific research and one of teenager’s favorite book “Men are from Mars and women for Venus”. To let dragon in my head sleep, I wanted to dig deep and there were like-minded people who had worked on the same. They found that if we have way pass our traditional conditioning of gender, female might surpass the males on the math’s sat scores. If all conditions are fine why woman struggles to get that raise while for a man it’s most logical step. Why corporate struggles to have female executive beyond ceiling glass. But you have nature to help you solve your query and watch bees’ closely. Only community where they are queen, you will always they don’t promote other female bees since they compete and feel threatened. Same was something research paper was bringing to light. But now move to king of jungle , Lion , all the hard work is done by the lioness while king reaps the fruits of his spouse. May be we can start giving the female colleagues the feeling of security and make the environment less threatening and give dude respect to sweet labour for the lioness and let everybody acknowledge the bees. If you already do pat yourself on the back. And request to all females, it time to promote the people irrespective of gender. AND LETS END THE idiot title “But when a woman has someone’s head cut off, she’s a bitch.”
